Delivery & Returns

Free shipping on orders over 99 EUR / 99 GBP.

- Delivery of a Swedish or Norwegian order is carried by Postnord Logistics to a nearby Postnord collection point, within 3-5 business days. The receiver will get a delivery notification when the order is available for collection.
Please note that the delivery can be delayed during Holidays and during our annual sales.

- Delivery of a Danish order is carried by GLS to a nearby PakkeShop collection point within 3-5 business days. The receiver will get a delivery notification when the order is available for collection.

- Delivery of an American order is carried by UPS with a home delivery service within 3-5 business days. In case the UPS driver is unable to deliver the parcel after three delivery attempts, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby UPS Access Point. The receiver will not be charged for any custom fees or duties upon delivery. The Lexington Company AB will take responsibility of any such fees.

- Delivery to a country, aside from any of the countries mentioned above, is carried by UPS with a home delivery service within 3-5 business days. In case the UPS driver is unable to deliver the parcel after three delivery attempts, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby UPS Access Point. For Switzerland the order will be subject to Swiss tax and customs upon arrival, as the Swedish tax will be deducted in the checkout.

- You can track & trace your order with your tracking number, which was enclosed in your shipping confirmation,
in UPS' portal, or with your specific courier.

You have the fullest right to return items for a full refund within 14 days from the day you received your order. The return period is extended before Christmas, so all orders from 2020-11-11 to 2020-12-23 may be returned no later than 2021-01-06. Of course you may try our clothes before deciding to keep them, but all items must be returned unworn in a saleable condition with all tags intact. Products from our home collections are delivered in a sealed plastic bag. Please note that items can only be returned if the seal is intact.

Return and exchange policy disclaimer outlet sale online:
We don´t offer exchanges, but we do have a 14-day return policy. Shipping cost will apply to all returns, and it´s at 100 SEK. If you´d rather exchange your product, you´re welcome to do so at our Outlet store in Barkbay and Kungsbacka. However, you can only exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
