RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely happy with an item, you have a full right to make a return and receive a refund. Please send an email to [email protected] and state your order number and return reason to receive a prepaid return label.

Note that the item must be in a saleable condition in its original packaging, and be returned within 60 days from the day you have received the order. The refund will be credited back to you within 30 days from the day you sent the return.

Products from our home collections are delivered in a sealed plastic bag. Please be aware that these items can only be returned if the seal is intact. Products from our clothing collection can be tried on but these items must be returned unworn in a saleable condition with all tags intact.

Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to make exchanges of items. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and then place a new order on the website.

Return procedure
Please fill out the return form, enclosed in the package and send it with your return items.

For US customers please send an email to [email protected] and you will receive a prepaid return label.

Return and exchange policy disclaimer outlet sale online:
We don´t offer exchanges, but we do have a 60-day return policy. If you´d rather exchange your product, you´re welcome to do so at our Outlet store in Barkbay and Kungsbacka. However, you can only exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
