Ingredients for the dressing:
4 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps sherry vinegar
3 tbsps chopped and toasted walnuts
3 tsps honey
1 ½ tsps mustard
1 sliced small shallot
2/4 tsps salt


Ingredients for the salad:
7 cups salad greens
2/4 cup chopped and toasted walnuts
2 tomatoes
A pinch of pepper
1/2 sliced red onion

Directions:

To avoid a soggy salad mix the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. In your serving bowl, mix all the ingredients for the salad. Once you're ready to serve it add the dressing and top with the cheese of your choice.
