DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

- Standard delivery of a Danish order is carried by GLS to a nearby PakkeShop collection point within 3-5 business days and is free of charge. The receiver will get a delivery notification when the order is available for collection.

Home delivery with Postnord and Budbee is available for delivery to the receiver's door within 1-5 business days and can cost extra.

Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays and sales.

- You can track & trace your order with your tracking number, which was enclosed in your shipping confirmation,
in GLS' portal, or with your specific courier.

Return

Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and return reason, to receive a prepaid return label. Our customer service will get back to you within 72 business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-16pm CET)

You have the fullest right to return items for a full refund within 60 days from the day you received your order. Of course, you may try our clothes before deciding to keep them, but all items must be returned unworn in a saleable condition with all tags intact. Products from our home collections are delivered in a sealed plastic bag. Please note that items can only be returned if the seal is intact.

Claims
EU consumer laws on the minimum guarantee (24 months) apply to all purchases.

Return and exchange policy disclaimer outlet sale online:
We don´t offer exchanges, but we do have a 60-day return policy. Shipping cost will apply to all returns, and it´s at 100 SEK. If you´d rather exchange your product, you´re welcome to do so at our Outlet store in Barkbay and Kungsbacka. However, you can only exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
