½cup (100 g) frozen cranberries
1/3 cup (75 g) finely granulated sugar
Zest from one orange
Zest from one medium-sized ginger
Mix the cranberries and sugar until the sugar is smooth and the berries are squashed.
Add the remaining ingredients. Add sugar to taste.
