If you are not completely happy with your items, you have a full right to return the item for refund. The item must be in a saleable condition and be returned within 14 days from the day you have received the order*. The refund will be credited back to your account within 30 days.
Products from our home collections are delivered in a sealed plastic bag. Please be aware that items can only be returned if the seal is intact. Of course you may try our clothes before deciding to keep it, but it must be returned unworn in a saleable condition with all tags intact.
Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to make exchanges of items. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and then place a new order on the website.
Please fill out the return form, enclosed in the package and send it with your returned items.

Be aware of that the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. The cost for returns is also your responsibility if it is not a return of faulty items. If you send back a faulty item please contact the customer service on +46(0)8 54 55 58 60 or e-mail us on shop@lexingtoncompany before returning the item. When we have received the item and approved your complaints, we will refund the money and return delivery cost.
